Known until the 1960s as Cathedral Hall, Central Hall was built in 1873 as a boot factory, which was skillfully incorporated into a larger structure in the early 20th Century and includes the Supper Room and Music Recital Room.

Over the last century Central Hall has been the site of speech nights, dances, receptions, lectures and rock concerts - 70s legends Daddy Cool, Spectrum and Captain Matchbox among them.

The Catholic Church has nominated Central Hall as the heart of their planned public arts community. It is available for catered events, concerts, theatre performances and music recitals. An adjacent art gallery adds to the site's appeal.
